Board of Directors
Hall of Fames are not uncommon in the country; however, the Greeley Arts Legacy Hall of Fame is unique in that it honors artists of all genres and disciplines. Staying true to our values, we are proud to honor those that have made and continue to make Greeley an exceptional epicenter for arts and culture!
The mission of the Greeley Arts Legacy project is to recognize, acknowledge, and preserve the awareness and history of those individuals and organizations who have demonstrated a significant contribution of leadership or excellence within the arts community of Greeley by establishing a Greeley Arts Legacy “Hall of Fame.” In ancient history, the stele or stela was used as a demarcation marker, a celebratory statement, and a way to demonstrate respect to those of importance. This representation of the stele fully expresses our appreciation to those honored and inducted into the Hall of Fame.
Our Mission
The Greeley Arts Legacy project, established in 2017, exists to support and acknowledge the most highly regarded artists, arts educators, arts leaders, benefactors, creatives, and arts organizations who have contributed to the development and richness of the arts in Greeley, from 1870 to the present. The creation of the Arts Legacy Hall of Fame recognizes and establishes the historical context of these individuals and groups.
